1. Information we collect

Depending on the features you use, we may collect:

• Account information: name, email address, mobile number, encrypted authentication credentials, role, subscription, and account preferences.
• Content and files: prompts, messages, conversation history, generated content, images, audio recordings submitted for transcription, and documents or other files you upload.
• Usage information: models selected, requests, token usage, feature activity, timestamps, approximate device/browser information, IP address, diagnostic logs, and service-performance data.
• Subscription and payment information: package, price, payment status, payment method, transaction reference, and any payment proof you choose to submit. We do not intentionally collect complete bank-card credentials.
• Communications: support requests and messages sent through connected channels, including Meta messaging features when enabled.

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, secure, personalize, and improve the service.
• Create and manage accounts, subscriptions, usage allowances, and customer support.
• Process AI requests, file analysis, image generation, and audio transcription.
• Verify payments, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot errors, and enforce service limits.
• Measure performance and aggregated usage, and communicate important service or account updates.
• Comply with applicable legal obligations and protect users, CODE MONSTER AI, and others.

3. AI processing and service providers

To provide requested features, relevant prompts, messages, files, images, or audio may be transmitted to the AI model or infrastructure provider selected by you or by our routing system, including providers accessed through OpenRouter. We may also use hosting, database, email, analytics, security, payment-verification, and messaging providers. These providers process information only to deliver their services to us, subject to their own terms and privacy commitments.

Do not submit information you do not have the right to process or highly sensitive information that is unnecessary for your request.

4. When we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with service providers described above, when you direct us to do so, to complete a transaction, to comply with law or valid legal process, to investigate security or fraud, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards.

5. Cookies and sessions

We use essential cookies or similar local technologies to keep you signed in, remember language and theme preferences, protect sessions, and operate core functionality. We may also record limited analytics events to understand service use and reliability.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain account information and user content while your account is active and as reasonably necessary to provide the service, keep required business and security records, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by information type. Deleted information may remain temporarily in restricted backups until those backups are rotated.

You may request access, correction, export, or complete deletion of your account and associated user data by emailing admin@ai.code-monsters.com from your registered email address. We may verify your identity before completing the request. Some transaction or security records may be retained when legally required.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including encrypted HTTPS transport, restricted administrative access, protected authentication data, monitoring, and infrastructure controls. No online system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Children

The service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.

9. International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use appropriate protections for such processing.

10. Changes and contact
